I brought my Honda Civic in to have service at Autonation Honda. My service rep, Charles Whiteaker, accurately heard my service request and quickly had the car sent to the service department to be checked o Honda. A short time later Charles reported to me the findings of the service tech. I approved a service which was needed at the time and it was promptly completed to my satisfaction. Autonation Honda has been there for me and my Civic. They tell me their recommendations, but they do not overly "push" service or products on me. Their team is friendly and straight forward. More

I received excellent service from Joe Schober. He is very honest and straight forward. I am going on a long trip & wanted to make sure my car was in excellent condition, plus it was time for an oi He is very honest and straight forward. He did a walk around of my car and found a piece missing from my back windshield wiper. (I would have never noticed). It would have definitely caused a problem later on. Very quick fix.
