We work with Danny Lee in the service area. He is very courteous and efficient and keeps us updated on the progress of any repairs. The repairs they do, are quality repairs that fixes the issue He is very courteous and efficient and keeps us updated on the progress of any repairs. They have also, graciously, fixed a previous, extreme safety concern, caused by another repair shop and gave us enough pictures that the other repair shop had to reimburse all the charges. Have not dealt with anything other than the service area, so can't really comment on that part. More
I needed a few things done to my 2021 CRV and the entire process was very professional from beginning to end. My experience was good except for one thing. I wanted to apply for financing to assist in paying for the work I had done. I was told great go ahead and do that. When I went to pay I found out th I wanted to apply for financing to assist in paying for the work I had done. I was told great go ahead and do that. When I went to pay I found out that I could not use it until I get the physical card. Many credit cards offer immediate use upon approval and I thought that would be the case here. Your employees are aware of this and should have told me. I had other ways to pay, don’t need that much service on my car, and would not have chosen to take the ding on my credit for a card I won’t be able to use that much. It’s a matter of “you are welcome to apply but you won’t be able to use it for this service”. I feel like it was under handed to not inform me. More
