I have purchased two Honda Accords from AutoNation/West Honda... Both have been excellent vehicles. The service department is excellent, as is Brad, my service advisor. He is very personable and gets right to potential issues to assure that i am driving a safe and reliable vehicle. In a recent service appointment there were a couple of snags or concerns. .Sometimes the best measure of an excellent service department is the effort made to resolve an issue. AutoNation Honda scored perfectly in my experience. I am fortunate to entrust my Accord to this dealership. More

The service tech drove my car with me and really listened to my concerns. He also informed me of features on my car that I wasn’t aware of and how to turn them on or off.
