Scheduled for an oil change, in their service checklist they found our battery failed it’s test, car was under warranty and the battery was replaced with a new one. Used to be I would ask for nice Oscar & Joe, who aren’t there anymore, and tried to avoid a few staff from the old days who weren’t nice to me, acted like every question was dumb/a burden. I came into the Honda dealership to have my CRV fixed (sunroof) I dropped it off at 9 am someone called at 11 am same day to talk to us about some other services needed. My husband couldn’t answer the ph (sunroof) I dropped it off at 9 am someone called at 11 am same day to talk to us about some other services needed. My husband couldn’t answer the phone at the time but called back around 3 pm where they told him my car was ready. I went without my car for whole 24 hour which is amazing. Due to the way the world is right now and how hard it is to get parts and such. I was really empress. So again thank you very much! I will be back next month to get my car serviced again on some much needed things that need to be done. More
