From the time, I came to the Autonation Honda, my service rep took care of me. Since it was urgent, they worked me in right away. I needed a car, and he(Honda) took care of it including the cost. Bill (Willi rep took care of me. Since it was urgent, they worked me in right away. I needed a car, and he(Honda) took care of it including the cost. Bill (William) called me and let me know it was ready and updated as needed, problem solved and I came to pick up my car and was in and out in minutes-That's Service! There is nothing more Bill (William) could have done to make my visit any better for his customer service is amazing along with the Honda team. I really appreciate the call( a warm body) vs a text to let me know what was wrong and also when my Honda was ready for pickup. He also took care of returning the rent a car, so I could go celebrate a family birthday without delay. All went well!!! More
