Is there any lower than a zero? That's my rating. I was attempting to buy a car off there lot and the online sale man told me he couldn't tell the price of the vehicle nor sale it t That's my rating. The customer service is a zero, attitude is a zero. If looking to purchase a car please go elsewhere as this is a lot that has no common sense and apparently not interested in selling any cars cash. I asked for sales manager, CEO, anyone higher up than the unprofessional person I spoke with but they refused. Hope they never sale a car and good luck staying in business. More

Brad got us in quickly, walked me through every step of the process, explained things in a way i could understand, helped ensure we coordinated with insurance, provided contact information for when he was out of the office, etc. They had us in and out under 2 days, even with insurance claim, which was huge considering we only have one vehicle!
