Although I have purchased only 1 of my 3 Hondas from this dealership, I have used their service department for all 3. George Teffeteller (AKA - Junior) is my “service advisor” and he is both knowledgeable a dealership, I have used their service department for all 3. I have had my car for about 3 years now and am taking my car on a long road trip soon, so I needed to get some things checked/worked on. Our car salesman was Akonday he was great! The sales manager didn’t take my concerns with the vehicle I was purchasing seriously and that kinda aggravated me bc it ended up taking 2 separate t The sales manager didn’t take my concerns with the vehicle I was purchasing seriously and that kinda aggravated me bc it ended up taking 2 separate trips to get everything sorted out I was less then impressed with the sales manager he never even greeted us or took our concerns seriously, our salesman did everything he could but there is only so much you can do when your manager doesn’t take what you’re telling them seriously, our finance guy was great he was very personable and work with us to get everything where we needed it to be!!!! When it came to the issues being resolved with the vehicle Lyric took full control and really did her best she really impressed me and got everything taken care of as fast as possible she was disappointed they didn’t tell her concerns immediately when I voiced them Monday and could have resolved it before I even purchased the vehicle but she really did a great job over all I’m happy with my experience but the sales manager could have listened to customer concerns or at least acted like he cared this was probably one of the biggest purchases me and my husband have made since we bought our house and to us that’s a big deal, and I felt like this could have been I resolved a lot faster instead of me and my husband and having to visit the dealership 4 out of 5 week days this week!!! More
