I purchased a used vehicle and some work supposedly done by their dealership in Morristown (now closed) hadn't been done. Very poor service trying to buy a new car with them, they were pushy, unprofessional, and dishonest. I would've given 0 stars if it were an option. I put a refundable deposit down on a car that I was told would arrive the next day. A week later the car still hadn't arrived. I asked the salesman Joseph for my deposit back and got a lot of pushback from the him, he eventually directed me to his manager Sean to get a refund on the deposit. The manager was very unprofessional; he lied and told me all deposits are non-refundable, thankfully I had a copy of my deposit which clearly showed it was refundable. He would not let me get a word in over the phone, he told me he was busy and needed to call back in 20 minutes, and then he hung up on me while I was asking him a question. I did not receive a call back that day. Eventually I got the deposit refunded. I tried calling and emailing the general manager to discuss the situation, I really wanted to purchase a car from this dealership, but got no response. I went to another Honda dealership and was able to find a straight forward sales team that set me up in a new Honda. I've driven Hondas my whole life and have all intentions of continuing to drive them. I will not be returning to the dealership for any car needs in the future. More
This dealership doesn't make me feel pressured or intimidated unlike other dealerships. I could call and get direct answers to questions. I take it for regular maintenance and the thing I like about AutoNation Honda West is the give me the been pleased with the service for over 8 years. The service tech drove my car with me and really listened to my concerns. He also informed me of features on my car that I wasn’t aware of and how to turn them on or off.
