Everyone at Autonation were very courteous and helpful and never pushy. Ed Pernick, in particular, was very knowledgeable about the car and explained all the features. This dealership has completely screwed me over. They told me my new van had a 125 point inspection but I noticed a thumping the day after buying it. After having it looked at, they said it needed n They told me my new van had a 125 point inspection but I noticed a thumping the day after buying it. After having it looked at, they said it needed new struts for $1600 but said my warranty did not cover it and I did not buy the extended warranty. I tried to contact anyone about having it fixed since it was broken when they sold it to me and I can’t even get a call back. We got our paperwork for our first payment and saw that even though we rejected all of the extra warranties, they added all of them to our financing anyway which was $9000 more on my loan making my loan total what a brand new van would cost. I am still waiting to be contacted. I have even contacted Casey Lynn, and he has not reached out. They are crooks and shady people. My salesman seemed so nice and helpful and he won’t even return a call, text or email. Watch out for these people. Don’t buy here. More
