I bought a new CRV in December with dent and appearance insurance. The hatch got dented and scratched. Insurance was a scam because they refused to cover either. Called the manager and left a message to insurance. The hatch got dented and scratched. Insurance was a scam because they refused to cover either. Called the manager and left a message to call me back..still haven't heard from him. Wrote an email to the lady that talked me into the insurance with no reply. Terrible customer service. More

Everything went smoothly. I did feel that the truck was slightly over priced. But overall it was a good experience until the very end.
