Sales process was fine. But buyer beware we are very disappointed Autonation has yet to pay-off the loan 9 days out on the trade-in vehicle causing late payment notices, cre But buyer beware we are very disappointed Autonation has yet to pay-off the loan 9 days out on the trade-in vehicle causing late payment notices, credit blemishes, and possible late payment charges. Worse yet when confronted they said these things take time and could not tell us when they will pay it off and wouldn't even agree to call us when it was done. They said you'll just have to keep checking on it. When I called Honda Finance to inquire if pay-off had been made they said no. They said the only thing they could suggest is we could make a payment on the trade-in which I no longer own and the dealer would be required reimburse us. Why should I fund their exchange process even temporarily. Autonation, however didn't waste a second cashing our down-payment. So based on this I would not recommend Autonation. More
