He was patient through the process, because it took us a couple of months to make a decision on what we were going to purchase due to some medical circumstances that interfered with our plans. Once we decided to buy, we received a fair price and we were in and out of the dealership and driving home in our new car in just an hour or so. When I finally had the financing in place, I contacted Adam. He went the extra mile to get me the monthly payment I wanted, and he streamlined the process so that I didn't have to sit around for hours on end before I got my car. I went to the dealership, signed papers, talked to the finance manager, had Adam walk me through some of the features on the car, and I was back on the road in my new Civic in about 2 hours. What could have been hours of endless haggling and headaches ended up being relatively smooth and painless, and that is thanks to Adam's efforts.
