Everything was fine regarding my oil change except. My oil quality indicator % was not reset. The window sticker for the next scheduled service was not replaced. I brought my car in once before for an oil change and it was not done. I drive to Orlando Florida with an oil level that would not even touch the dipstick!!!! This time it looked like the oil had been changed. Indicators are important signs that customers take as careful treatment and trust worthy dealerships. More
