Everyone was very nice and helpful. It took 3 hrs for an oil change with an appointment. I was disappointed they didn’t vacuum my car with the service plan. Waiting room to small. My experience was good with the sales associates each visit. Friday Sept. 10th 2021 and Tuesday the 14th. I thought the deal was sealed on my 2019 Ford Mustang Premium, took the car home and Monday got visit. Friday Sept. 10th 2021 and Tuesday the 14th. I thought the deal was sealed on my 2019 Ford Mustang Premium, took the car home and Monday got a call from Stephanie stating that the finance co. wanted 1,000 more down after given 5,000 down. I immediately said NO and that I wasn't in love with the car. She assured that they would get it worked out and to call back when I got off work, her phone or ask for Steve. Steve assured me that he thought he had it figured out and it would save me $600 dollars and a lower note. Come to find out after making the hour and half trip again, his figuring out was dropping my dent coverage, on my extended policy without telling me or asking if I was sure I didn't want to pay the extra money down. Making such a big purchase of 47,000+ I thought he had dropped the price of the car in all fairness. Needless, to say, Stephanie or Steve weren't at work the day the second paperwork was completed, after assuring my satisfaction. This took an additional 5 hours out of my day and still had an additional hour an half drive home! Beware of your paperwork Pls!!!! All smiles aren't genuine!!! More
