The service representatives were courteous and helpful, and everyone made a genuine effort to respond to my issue (I had a bit of an unusual problem) in addition to handling my routine maintenance. I really, really wish that Honda had better documentation for their vehicles (there are lots of whistles and bells and the on-line videos offered for learning about them only touch on the most common uses - very far from comprehensive), but the staff at this dealership do their best to compensate for Honda corporation's weakness in this regard. I've bought cars from and had them serviced at this dealer for 40 years. For the 1st time I have to make an appointment to get routine maintenance performed and they take pictures of my car to make sur dealer for 40 years.
