The service representatives were courteous and helpful, and everyone made a genuine effort to respond to my issue (I had a bit of an unusual problem) in addition to handling my routine maintenance. I really, really wish that Honda had better documentation for their vehicles (there are lots of whistles and bells and the on-line videos offered for learning about them only touch on the most common uses - very far from comprehensive), but the staff at this dealership do their best to compensate for Honda corporation's weakness in this regard.
