I bought a 2023 Honda Accord and received message that "Software Update is available and refer to owner's manual". I looked in the manual and there was no helpful information that worked. I stopped at "Software Update is available and refer to owner's manual". I looked in the manual and there was no helpful information that worked. I stopped at the dealership and was helped by Daniel Lee. He tried to check the Settings, looked at my owner's manual and mentioned that sometimes there is a hard push that needs to be done for the software update. He asked if I could wait for this to be done. I agreed and within an hour the update was successfully done. Daniel Lee was courteous and eager to assist me in whatever capacity needed to get resolution. He was very thorough and updated me and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure dealing with him. It is because of service advisors like him that AutoNation Honda will continue to have recurring customers. Great customer service and top notch dealership. More
