Daniel was my service rep, & he did an outstanding job. My car had a minimum 2 day repair, & he communicated the progress of the job every step of the way. He also made sure that I received transportation home after I dropped my vehicle off. In addition, the service time did not take as long as originally anticipated. Love this dealer and my go to salesperson, but extremely disappointed in my last service. 4 hours for an oil change. And, 3 1/2 hours were spent with my car not being logged into system. They kindly did disappointed in my last service. 4 hours for an oil change. And, 3 1/2 hours were spent with my car not being logged into system. They kindly did not charge me although I have maintenance agreement anyway. Hoping they will improve by the next time I go. More

We were on an extended road trip and our car developed a coolant leak. I called AutoNation Honda and they said to come right in. They fit us into their very busy schedule and worked on our car for several h coolant leak. I called AutoNation Honda and they said to come right in. They fit us into their very busy schedule and worked on our car for several hours replacing the part needed and doing a full vehicle check for us. We are very satisfied with the service we received and grateful that they took us without an appointment and that we were able to continue our road trip several hours later.
