I was passing through Tennessee on Saturday when all of a sudden, my Brake System light came on in my 2020 Honda Accord advising me to go to the nearest Honda dealership. I was traveling alone, so I stoppe a sudden, my Brake System light came on in my 2020 Honda Accord advising me to go to the nearest Honda dealership. I was traveling alone, so I stopped at a gas station and googled the nearest dealership and AutoNation came up, which was about 12 minutes from my location. Daniel Lee and Bo were very helpful. They assured me that they would make sure my car was safe before getting back on the road. I had to wait for an hour, which I didn't mind; I thought it was going to take longer than that since they had to work me in, but it wasn't. After the problem was diagnosed, they assured me that my car was safe to drive and I got back on the road and made it to Augusta, Ga. Thanks to AutoNation and their wonderful, friendly workers! More

Daniel was my service rep, & he did an outstanding job. My car had a minimum 2 day repair, & he communicated the progress of the job every step of the way. Love this dealer and my go to salesperson, but extremely disappointed in my last service. 4 hours for an oil change. And, 3 1/2 hours were spent with my car not being logged into system.
