Very disappointed that when I send my wife to get an oil change and get a noise looked at that the service center associate quotes us tires when they were changed within a year. Under no circumstances should I be quoted new tires for only a rotation and balance as my wife was told by the advisor. I don't appreciate the way business is being done and am seriously considering going to another dealership to get my service done at this point after going here with my two vehicles for three years. They provided fabulous coffee ( the coffee maker arrives early every day to make 3 pots before the dealership opens.) They are all very dedicated to customer comfort and service.
