Just had my Odyssey serviced. In and out in about two hours. This is the third time it has been serviced and each time has been a pleasant experience. This was my first oil change at the dealership since buying the car and Brad (the tall guy) was so nice. When I first drove up, the gentleman I spoke with said he would be with me but never came over, s buying the car and Brad (the tall guy) was so nice. I was shocked to realize it took2hrs and 30 min to get oil change, wiper blades, and cabin filter. The dealer was nice but they get you with the supposed online discount because we tried a car but the tires were nearly bald and they expected us to pay for it with a ridiculous price for small tires whic online discount because we tried a car but the tires were nearly bald and they expected us to pay for it with a ridiculous price for small tires which basically voided the online discount. I've been taking my Pilot Touring for 6 years since it was purchased from AutoNation. My visit this time was especially pleasant as the service advisor Brad Skinner did everything to make sure I was infor was purchased from AutoNation. My visit this time was especially pleasant as the service advisor Brad Skinner did everything to make sure I was informed during the process. He even took the time to get my husband on the phone to make sure there was a clear understanding of a missing bulkhead clip my husband had mentioned. While I was waiting for my car, Brad even came by to tell me that it was being worked on. I super appreciated his attentiveness! Thank you! More
