I received a Safety Recall to replace a hood latch on my 2018 Ridgeline. When I called for an appointment, I was referred to Brad in Service. I have been using this dealership for 16 years. Yesterday had oil changed in 2016 Honda Van. For the very first time ever I was not given a 10% discount. Learning that I told service person I had coupon for had oil changed in 2016 Honda Van. For the very first time ever I was not given a 10% discount. We bought our car at this dealership and prepaid for service. There has not been any problem with scheduling and getting the work done. This biggest issues this time was that they did not reset the oil service. There has not been any problem with scheduling and getting the work done. This biggest issues this time was that they did not reset the oil life setting and recalibrate the tires after rotating them so the low tire warning came on. I was able to reset both but you would think that they would take care of it. I also find that almost 2 hours is a bit long for an oil change and tire rotation. More
