We just purchased our second Honda CR-V from AutoNation Honda West Knoxville. Our eight-year-old CR-V--maintained faithfully at AutoNation--is still going strong. We felt like our salesperson (Jon Newcomb) was friendly and honest; we ordered the vehicle we wanted, and despite our concerns about chip shortages, it came in on time. We did look at other dealerships and other cars, but it came down to the facts that we knew our CR-V has been a great car, the maintenance has been fair and undemanding, and all our interactions with the dealership have been respectful and pleasant. Received great service during service maintenance. The only disconcerting item was when told the vehicles tires only had 10,000 miles before replacement was possibly required.
