We had a dead battery Wednesday night and got a jump so we could take it to autonation Thursday morning. When I called to see if they had the H6 battery I was told by the service center they didn’t have ap we could take it to autonation Thursday morning. When I called to see if they had the H6 battery I was told by the service center they didn’t have appointments available until next Tuesday. So I decided to buy the battery at autonation and have my neighbor install it. When I arrived the parts department employee said they absolutely could help me and within two hours we had a new battery installed. Very grateful to Jason and staff for taking care of the problem without an appointment. More

I made an appointment for an oil change at 7:00am, basically I was the first customer. I still had to wait 1 hour for my car. Last oil change I got at the dealer I paid $50.00 this time the price went basically I was the first customer. I still had to wait 1 hour for my car. The service was first-rate until the end when I had to wait over ten minutes for the attendant to bring my car around to the waiting area. I even went looking in the lot and found my car just a few yards wait over ten minutes for the attendant to bring my car around to the waiting area. I even went looking in the lot and found my car just a few yards away, but I didn’t have my keys. I asked several passing people if they could get the keys and bring my car around to the waiting area, but I was completely ignored. After I loudly complained, an attendant finally came out with my keys and pulled my car around to the waiting area. This all took place in 100 degree heat. Very disappointing. More
