I was really in a jam with my Ridgeline. I towed it to Honda within the same day of calling the service department. Usually it’s unheard of the dealership being able to work on your car or e I towed it to Honda within the same day of calling the service department. Usually it’s unheard of the dealership being able to work on your car or even give you an accurate diagnostic in the same day as you called to tell them you have to bring your car in. But Honda Valencia was super supportive and was able to help me and my car right away. I really appreciate the fast service and the update they provided. Truly some of the best people I’ve had the pleasure doing business with. More
The service experience was fantastic! My service writer was kind and notified me upon completion. The only ding was my car was not washed as promised but that's really no biggie for me. Whenever I have a question they are happy to help me. The repair or service department runs specials from time to time but give the same great service with the discount. Nick was amazing , great customer service all around with him ! But the people who drop off your car when you are finished have a really bad attitude , there was a African American gentleman that was very ru him ! We’ve never had a great experience servicing our car there. There’s been at least two separate times where we got charged for a service that wasn’t performed. This is my third Honda. I have been coming here for service since about 2002 (?). I bought a Subaru in 2014 & bought my current Honda in 2021. This is my second service with this car (I don't drive much anymore). I've had the same service advisor for my last 2 Hondas. Actually, he is the main reason I bought another Honda, but he is now the Service Manager. I set up my appt with him & he was helping out while I was there. I have always been happy with the service I receive here. However, yesterday they were so busy it took over 3 hours for an oil change. Your shuttle is only for drop offs, they will not pick you up, which is very inconvenient. I spoke with another customer while we were waiting for a service advisor & she said it was like this the last time she came. Also, I had coupons. I was told by my advisor they would apply the best price. When I got home & looked at the invoice, I didn't see any discount. I have a mechanic for my other car who is within walking distance from my house. I am considering taking my Honda to him for the next service. This is nothing against the service advisor, he was extremely nice, he has no control over these issues (except the discount). More
