AutoNation Honda Valencia - Service Center

On Jan. 2, 2022 my clock resets at 1:00pm 1-2-2002. I made an appt. for my 2011 CR-V with Auto Nation, Valencia knowing they would fix the issues. When Jason called at the end of the day he said it was: made an appt. for my 2011 CR-V with Auto Nation, Valencia knowing they would fix the issues. When Jason called at the end of the day he said it was: KNOWN ISSUE WITH SOFTWARE ISSUE. NO KNOWN RESOLUTION AT THIS TIME. “THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE”.How can a hugh car company as Honda not know this software had an end date and not have a recall issued ready to replace and update the software. I was ready to buy another Honda CR-V (#4) as soon as cars were more available and this will make me rethink it and look at other brands. Now no one will buy my car with the software issues. Honestly I DO NOT feel safe driving my car any more. When is the next software issue going to happen and get stuck somewhere. I have my grandchildren in my car often and I beyond disappointed and unhappy. Something must be done and soon, More
