The service department was very busy so I was expecting to wait several hours for my vehicle alignment and oil change. I went there for Alignment and to get rid of the sensor lights showing in my dashboard. Went there 3 times, waited for a total of 6-7 hours and paid but my car’s condition did not change. What they wanted lights showing in my dashboard. Went there 3 times, waited for a total of 6-7 hours and paid but my car’s condition did not change. What they wanted to do instead and insisted that my tire need to be change. This making me not like having a honda car anymore. The second service advisor also lied to me about my car getting a car wash that I had to wait for another 30mins an hour. All I know that he just went for a lunch. My car did not got a car wash.
