I’ve purchased eight vehicles from the dealer I will no longer purchase vehicles from this dealer their service department is the worst although their service manager William is awesome and some of his emp longer purchase vehicles from this dealer their service department is the worst although their service manager William is awesome and some of his employees as well the service department itself is a complete failure never gets you in for the advertised non-appointment always requires an appointment even for a Noyle change go to Acura 1 million times better More
Sanjay is friendly & on top of things when I needed help. I trusted him to get back to me. He did as did Jonny👍🏼☺️. Then I met Tina. A sweetheart. She heard everything I said about the car! She made not & got it accomplished in a professional way…but with softness & sweetness/kindness. As she was calling me I’d walk in the door hearing my phone ring. Our timing was connected😅. I feel cared for both in getting my car fixed & in my grief of recently loosing my precious Love. AutoNation Honda is the right place for me. *One thing that was a trouble spot for me was while I was driving to a grief group my auto headlights got turned off in the shop. I didn’t know how to turn them on. I’m not driving much due to grief & getting a bit “what do I do” situation. I was meeting my daughter as she has joined me. She has a Honda & was able to turn on the lights. Thank you all for what you do!! Tina you were a pleasure to work with💖 Terry More
