Horrible! It took over 5 hours to get the service completed, during which time I was either forced to wait or figure out how to get home and back again. There It took over 5 hours to get the service completed, during which time I was either forced to wait or figure out how to get home and back again. There are few amenities for those who are waiting. There is no communication during the service. I owned a Toyota for 15 years and never had such a poor service experience. My service rep was reluctant to explain the charges to me. Finally, when my car was completed, the service rep parked it behind another car and I couldn't leave! I had to flag someone down to move the car in front of mine and they gave me flack about it. Plus, I've been having issues with the vehicle after this service visit. Based on the customer service of this dealership, I will not buy another Honda in the future. More
