I have going to this Honda service/dealership for the last 20 years. They are professional and accommodating. There was noise when I was driving and my attention was called by a gup in the gas pump. I called Honda service for appointment but when my son came he also noted the ugly noise and he said it s from brake and unsafe. I took it Honda service that day and spoke with Jason. He attended to me and my car was checked same day and attended to my car problem. I am happy and I trust Honda in Valencia. More

Honesty I am disappointed because I always have a bad experience with Honda. The times I try to give Honda a chance, I always get burned. This time, my car was having difficulties with turning on. The person serving me was nice, but told me my battery was completely fine, and that it would cost $182 just to run a diagnostic. I am glad I told him I would need to think about it, because I went to my wife’s family trusted mechanic, and sure enough, IT WAS THE BATTERY, and charged me just a little more than what the diagnostic cost! it makes me angry to think that Honda could have charged me for almost anything, and I would have to believe it, because it’s Honda. People laugh at me because I always give the dealer a chance. I want to trust Honda , but time after time I just can’t. I am giving 2 stars because the guy helping me was nice enough to give me a free car wash. More
