Went in for an Oil Change and ended up getting a 60000-mile service. Mileage on was just over 58,000 miles. They said it would take aprox 4 hrs, had it done in 3 hrs. Patrick Harrington wrote up the service that needs to be done. I told Patrick that I will wait for the car Patrick told me it might take more than 2 hours to get this done. After 2 hours I went to look for Patrick but he is not there probably he went to lunch. Eric Duarte the other advisor was so kind enough to ask what I am waiting for and told him about the situation. He went to Patrick's desk and began processing the discharge of my service since it was already done. I really appreciate what Eric Duarte has done for me and I recommend this type of service be given to customers. Eric Duarte should be commended for his great service!!! More
