Absolutely awful experience starting off I tried calling the dealership to find out more about the maintenance that they were doing on my car. I had left a message and everything and they never did get back the dealership to find out more about the maintenance that they were doing on my car. I had left a message and everything and they never did get back to me until it was time to pick up my car without even bringing up the fact that I had called. But that was only the first of my problems when I finally got home to check the work that they did they hadn't even properly tightened any of the bolts or nuts on the coils they replaced. 3/4 of the nuts weren't even tight and I could remove them with my fingers. On top of that, they even forgot to tighten one of the bolts making it nearly impossible to remove without a second pair of hands to hold the top nut. Absolutely awful job and thank god it was covered under warranty so I didn't have to pay for this crap job. Lastly, I'm so glad I didn't have them change the spark plugs because if they did such a bad job with something as simple as replacing the coils only god knows what they would have done More
