I traded out of my Toyota back into a Honda because I missed my Honda so much. Autonation Honda Valencia's service department is 2nd to none. These guys are honest and very very helpful. They communicate well about wait times and they never try to do anything shady. So happy to be back in a Honda and back with this service department. More

I like set up appointment online very easy and at time when I can do it, also I like customer service from technicians are very nice professional. Brought my daughter's Civic in for regular service. William let me know right away that althought they were swamped at the service writer desks, there were plenty of service technicians to service my c William let me know right away that althought they were swamped at the service writer desks, there were plenty of service technicians to service my car. I chose to wait in the waiting area, where I was able to get work done using their wifi. My car was done in a timely manner. No one tried to upsell me on anything.
