Came in to have my Honda Accord Hybrid serviced for regular maintenance. The wait time was long but it was explained to me ahead of time the reason for this, which in my opinion was valid. Nothing co regular maintenance. The wait time was long but it was explained to me ahead of time the reason for this, which in my opinion was valid. Nothing could have been done about it. So I made the decision to continue with the maintenance. The car was completed at the appropriate time and I it was great. About 20 minutes after I left, the service representative called me and apologized. He said the technician told him that he forgot to do something and asked if I could come back. I agreed and he told me to come right to him and not wait. I did so and he personally drove the car to the technician and was back with the car within 10-15 minutes. He was extremely courteous from start to finish and very apologetic for the mishap (though it was miniscule and not his error). I am very happy with their service and recommend them highly. More
