Jason was courteous, quick and thorough. He checked my maintenance record and noticed I already had some of the 100K mile maintenance done previously and as a result I spent far less money t He checked my maintenance record and noticed I already had some of the 100K mile maintenance done previously and as a result I spent far less money than I planned to spend. He only did what needed to be done and didn’t charge for unneeded maintenance, really appreciated that! Finally, Jason had my car ready for pickup earlier than planned. Kudos Jason! More
This review is specifically in regards to their service “coordinators”, the individuals you speak to when calling to make an appt, and their scheduling. I made an appt via phone. A week later I get a email that my appt was canceled. I call to figure out what’s going on, I’m told their system randomly cancels appts that look fake? No idea what that even means. She tells me it’ll be reinstated. I received the confirmation via email. It’s now at a totally different time. I call back a third time and they advise, confirmation is now correct. Frustrating not even a sorry for the inconvenience or anything from the girl I spoke with… 3 calls to get 1 correct appt is wild. May be worth looking into your scheduling systems and processes. More
Last Saturday I had a oil change done, and as I checked in they told me it was going to take several hours..I was a lil bummed out about that because I had to wait in their lobby for my car..but 30min or 4 in they told me it was going to take several hours..I was a lil bummed out about that because I had to wait in their lobby for my car..but 30min or 45 min later my car was done..I was so happy for that. Fast service and and great customer service. And also did a great job inspecting my vehicle. For example, I knew I had a bad and weak car battery..a month before going there my battery had completely died and I had to recharge it. Well they end up catching that and let me know I had a bad battery. I replaced my battery asap that day. So they did a great job inspecting and servicing the car. So I give them 5 out of 5 stars. Great Job!! More
I was there for routine service. The Service manager I was scheduled with was busy so another helped me. Everything went well. The only thing I didn’t appreciate is when he needed to speak to me he yelled out my last name instead of coming where I was quietly to talk to me like the other service managers have done. Didn’t work with Lisa More
