Set appointment with Chris for A17 service. 10,000 service on a 2020 Honda CRV. Arrived on time for appointment. Looked around for Chris. Apparently he was with another customer. William tried 10,000 service on a 2020 Honda CRV. Arrived on time for appointment. Looked around for Chris. Apparently he was with another customer. William tried to help, but I told him I was waiting for Chris with whom I made the appointment. Big mistake. Anyone can help me apparently. After 15 minutes, William helped me anyway. Very nice, apologetic about wait, very thorough, took photos of car, explained everything about required service and cost. In a few hours, car ready as promised. I received a text that car is ready to be picked up. My wife went to dealer to pick up car. Not ready. Needed to be washed first. Waited another 20 minutes and car was actually ready. Final thoughts: 1. when arriving for service appointment, work with first available service advisor. 2. When you receive text car is ready, call and make sure car is washed and actually ready for pick up. 3. William in service was great. Just like our salesman Brian who never gave up on us, even though it took a year or so to purchase CRV. Next time I’m sure I will rate my experience 5 stars. More

I took my Honda CRV in for a maintenance check. Ashley, the customer service representative, was welcoming and friendly. She explained in detail each repair to be done. I was provided a rental car for my convenience. Each repair/ work to be done was texted to me with pictures so I could visually inspect every part that needed to be replaced! If i texted a question to her, she responded immediately. I was kept informed every step of the way. She made every attempt to keep the prices low, looking for discounts on everything. The entire process was easy and anxiety free. My car is like new again! Remarkable really, seeing as it has 145,000 miles on it. I enjoyed working with Ashley. She is friendly. Knowledgeable, and professional. More
