I have never been to a dealership like the Honda dealership in Valencia. Each time I go I feel people bend over backwards to make sure that I am taken care of that I’m comfortable and that I get the dealership in Valencia. When we discussed not doing that, he told me I had to hand deliver the check from my financing company to them when in reality I could have mailed it OR the financing credit union could have mailed it. The deadline put on my sales contract to get the check to them was arbitrarily set, but this isn't a problem with sales rep at all. More
