This is nothing against the employee who worked with me, he was very friendly and helpful and maybe my expectations are skewed because with my previous car I had an excellent mechanic who had me in and out he was very friendly and helpful and maybe my expectations are skewed because with my previous car I had an excellent mechanic who had me in and out in 20 min for an oil change but, it took 3 hours to even get an update on when my car would be ready. Having had an oil change in 20 min previously, I know they don't take very long so I was very frustrated, what's the point of having an appointment if you're not even going to have your car looked at for 3 hours? I also did not get an estimate on how long it would be when I dropped it off so I stayed in the area instead of going home, now I know that was a mistake and should have just gone home but, I didn't want to inconvenience the person I had dropping me off further so we agreed to stay in the area and have lunch, assuming it would be ready by the time we were done. More
