I had a Toyota between hondas. . and the service was always terrible at the local Toyota dealerships I went to, they always tried to manipulate the situation to get me to spend mone . and the service was always terrible at the local Toyota dealerships I went to, they always tried to manipulate the situation to get me to spend money I didn't need to spend. I traded out of my Toyota back into a Honda because I missed my Honda so much. Autonation Honda Valencia's service department is 2nd to none. These guys are honest and very very helpful. They communicate well about wait times and they never try to do anything shady. So happy to be back in a Honda and back with this service department. More

I like set up appointment online very easy and at time when I can do it, also I like customer service from technicians are very nice professional. But I don’t like the time for waiters for a maintenance when I can do it, also I like customer service from technicians are very nice professional.
