They lack in customer service at this location in Valencia,CA. We brought our vehicle in for service ( oil change and tire rotation) and the wait time is 3 hrs. This is ridiculous... they stated they Valencia,CA. We brought our vehicle in for service ( oil change and tire rotation) and the wait time is 3 hrs. This is ridiculous... they stated they take in 110 cars a day with only 2 service technicians....I will never come back to this location. More

Service took my car in right away. The gentleman who assist me was super cool.
