Very professional, courteous and understanding. Went in for an oil change and told them about a whining noise. It turned out to be the transmission on my Odyssey. There’s nothing to fix that problem and will eventually fail. The cost was going to be around $7-$8K! But they found a way so that I didn’t have to pay for it due to the maintenance history that shows with my Odyssey. They said since I’ve cared for my vehicle and have been getting all maintenance done on time at the dealership, they are paying for it!! So it’s good to take your vehicle to the dealer Excellent team! More
Initially I was very upset with the dealership handling of my car because even though I brought the vehicle for a set up appt for my car maintenance that involved changing my water pump the vehicle did not of my car because even though I brought the vehicle for a set up appt for my car maintenance that involved changing my water pump the vehicle did not got done that day inspite of me bringing in the vehicle at 10 am. But the service advisor Curtis Knauss was able to get me a rental car which resolved the situation and he made that transaction seemless and the car maintenance was completed the next day. More
I have only taken my car to this dealership 3 times so far to get service done, and for the most have had an overall good experience. On my most recent visit (8/6/22) the representative who helped me (Cur far to get service done, and for the most have had an overall good experience. On my most recent visit (8/6/22) the representative who helped me (Curtis) was amazing! He was very nice and took the time to answer my questions with in depth answers. When I came to pick up my car, the person who drove my car to me did not have any plastic or paper protectors on the seat (which i wasn't thrilled about), and when I entered my car there was a noticeably foul smell that was not there when I dropped it off. I checked my maintenance screen to make sure the initial code I had gone in with (A1) was no longer there. Instead of the A1 code, it now said B1 (but showed my oil percentage at 100%). I walked back into the dealership and was waiting to talk to Curtis, but since he was helping another customer a different representative (I didn't get his name) asked if I needed help with something. I explained the code that was on my maintenance screen and he said "oh they just forgot to clear it". I explained when I came in the code was A1 and it's now showing a different code of B1. The representative looked confused and said "well they are both oil and oil filter changes, however A1 means you don't need an inspection and B1 means that you do". He walked with me to my car, saw the B1 code, but also that my oil was at 100% and said "Oh yeah, your oil level is at 100%, the code just means that everything is complete, it's fine". I explained to him this was the first time that code has shown and I was just wanting to be sure before I left that nothing else had to be done with my car. He assured me that there was nothing else to be done and it just means for next time they will have to do an inspection. When I got home I did check my oil to make sure it was clean and had actually been changed (which it had been and was slightly overfilled), but it does bother me that another code was showing right after maintenance had been done. This is my first honda, so I am not really familiar with how the maintenance codes work. I am hoping that by having this code on my maintenance screen, that it doesn't throw off future maintenance the car may need since from previous visits to this dealership, a different representative told me they will only do the service that the code entails and that they don't change out certain parts (air filters, or other things) based off of milage. It is only changed if it's specifically specified in the maintenance code. More

Excellent service advisor who understood my basic needs and took care of them promptly. He was also very forthright in letting us know that although the service should be quicker the labor market for obtai and took care of them promptly. He was also very forthright in letting us know that although the service should be quicker the labor market for obtaining qualified mechanics and personnel was/is extremely challenged and thus we were in for a longer wait than was typical or acceptable to AutoNation Honda Valencia. He offered us a shuttle service if we needed it and updated the status of our vehicle a number of times during our wait. It was a small thing, but it reinforced the feeling that we were/are valued customers. We will return in the future to AutoNation Honda Valencia for our Honda service/repair needs! More
