Understaffed, arrived Ontime for appointment and was told it would take 4-5 hours for an oil change Was also told I needed engine and cabin filter at a cost of $150. Air filter takes literally 30 seconds to replace, and cabin filter 2 minutes. Needless to say I declined, doing business like this leaves a bad taste in your mouth. More
