I must admit that, for a while now, I have had to take my vehicle for repairs to this dealership and I really did not want to do it since the attention I had received in the past left much to be desired, man vehicle for repairs to this dealership and I really did not want to do it since the attention I had received in the past left much to be desired, many times I felt that they were upset because I took my car there. But as a matter of distance and schedule, it is closer and I would still prefer to take them to the San Fernando dealership, but as I said they have improved incredibly in the service, although they charge you only for checking, which is not in good taste. Returning to the above the service provided to both my car "CRV" and "Passport" was very good and the last service "Passport", was excellent although I had no appointment for that, the technical advisor even knowing that the next day he had the day off, try to have my vehicle checked and repaired the same day, which I found very professional, this has changed a lot my way of thinking about this dealership and its people. We’ll after submitting my info for a hard inquiry on my credit and told the car was being held I was never sent list of options to the car after I text and asked for it specifically then got there and was credit and told the car was being held I was never sent list of options to the car after I text and asked for it specifically then got there and was rushed into the deal and was never taken on a test drive then was told I had to pay a 5.90 percent interest rate even after I told them WPCCU rate was much less Jacob repeatedly tried to make me take that rate or lose the car after I was going to walk out his boss finally came out and said he would do me a favor and let me have some exception then Suzie who was amazing in financing told me they deal with that credit union all the time long story short not happy with the lack of bells and whistles I lost 12000 bucks in 20 days and my messages to finance manager were never returned and never got copy of appraisal I would not recommend anyone to deal with Jacob he’s just not honest and will not return to this dealership again except for my services that Suzie gave me a great package for thank you for taking my calls and giving me the right numbers to call even though they didn’t return the calls More
