I bought my Honda in for service about 10 minutes before my 11:00 am appointment on Monday, November 21st. My GPS had clouds on it. The daytime running lights only occationally came on, The service man said my car would be ready between 2 and 3 hours, After 3 hours of waiting, I asked the service man how my car was progressing and he told me there were several cars ahead of mine. Why did I have an appointment? The paperwork said the running lights were fixed. They still don't work. They also said my two back tires were dangerous and my battery wasn't working and needed to be replaced. They couldn't find the dimming problem After over a 4 hour waiting, I drove my car to my tire shop. He said my tires were okay and removed three screws. I could have picked the screw up on the way home. After I had the screw removed and the tires repaired , I took my car to the battery shop where I purchased the battery 11 months ago. He said the post had corrosion on them, cleaned them, and checked the battery. The battery was fine. I feel your service department tried to sell me parts that weren't needed. The only thing they took care of was the clouds on the GPS. They said it was a 3D setting. I'm not happy with your service. More
