I had a scheduled drop-off at 7:00 am. Some cars had service representatives come to their cars and speak with the individuals dropping off their cars. Others were not addressed. New cars started coming up way after the cars that had been sitting there and were waited on, and the second from had been waiting for a while and still was not being addressed. I had to get out of my car and ask what the protocol was and was told we should wait in the car. I then pointed out we had been waiting a while and had not been acknowledged while others were allowed to skip the line. Only after I complained were the people who had been waiting began to be addressed. This was very frustrating. Please make sure you are addressing all your customers equitably. This can easily be remedied by paying attention. More
