I took my Honda CRV in for a maintenance check. Ashley, the customer service representative, was welcoming and friendly. She explained in detail each repair to be done. I was provided a rental car for my convenience. Each repair/ work to be done was texted to me with pictures so I could visually inspect every part that needed to be replaced! If i texted a question to her, she responded immediately. I was kept informed every step of the way. She made every attempt to keep the prices low, looking for discounts on everything. The entire process was easy and anxiety free. My car is like new again! Remarkable really, seeing as it has 145,000 miles on it. I enjoyed working with Ashley. She is friendly. Knowledgeable, and professional. More
I have been very happy with my Honda Pilot, we took it in for an oil change and a few days later the check engine light came on. They let me know that it was covered under an extended warranty. They arranged for an oil change and a few days later the check engine light came on. They let me know that it was covered under an extended warranty. They arranged a ride home for me and kept me updated on the service via text. They also answered our questions with regards to the repairs and future services needed. I appreciate the integrity and good customer service. We plan to purchase our next vehicle here as well. More

I'm disappointed. I have a brand NEW Honda Civic that I got 2 months ago. I took it in for oil change and had to pay for a new filter and apparently needs new wipers t I have a brand NEW Honda Civic that I got 2 months ago. I took it in for oil change and had to pay for a new filter and apparently needs new wipers that I would have to pay for out of pocket when it shouldn't even have any issues like that yet alone i have to pay for things that are supposed to be new. This was my first service visit after buying my 2015 Crosstour v6 Honda in July, 2022. I LOVE this car, and AutoNation's Service department has also surpassed my expectations for my first service visit. Service Advisor Thomas Vensko greeted me with a welcoming smile immediately when I drove into the Service Bay for my appointment. He indicated they were expecting me and he took my appointment sheet that I printed from the confirming e-mail I had received upon making the appointment and then later was confirmed again in e-mail. Thomas directed me to the Service customer seating area, and I saw that my car was immediately moved to the service area. The lounge chairs are very puffy comfortable and I settled in. During the wait I had a Hot Chocolate, watched the television in the area where a crafts show was playing, read a book I brought, did some drawing in my sketchbook. The lounge is co-located with the Service Advisors' desk area and, in thinking back, I send my Thanks for Nothing, Thomas!...meaning there was no yelling, arguing, or other signs of angst that would indicate a mis-managed customer-facing department. Nothing but professional service management, and a customer support-oriented atmosphere. You explained to me what was found, suggested some minor service items and I made choices with your agreement on what to have done now versus waiting for the next visit in 6 months. Having worked in numerous large corporate environments for IT-based system customer service myself, I say "Well done, Thomas!" and thank you so much for your professional, calm, friendly and comprehensive handling of my Honda's care. More
