I called a day before and made an appointment with Johnny Rodgers to see the Ridgeline that I had in mind. He pulled it out for us (my buddy drove me there) at our appointment time. Johnny took us on a test drive and then we went inside to start the purchase procedure. The Ridgeline is perfect for me. I had to retire my 2005 Ridgeline that I put 283,000 miles on; 17 years of bliss. Honda makes an incredible vehicle!! Honda has perfected an already perfect truck! Everyone did a great job shepherding me through the entire process. Great people and a very beautiful dealership! Top to bottom…excellent!! Kudos to Johnny Rodgers on a terrific job well done! Set appointment with Chris for A17 service. 10,000 service on a 2020 Honda CRV. Arrived on time for appointment. Looked around for Chris. Apparently he was with another customer. William tried 10,000 service on a 2020 Honda CRV. Arrived on time for appointment. Looked around for Chris. Apparently he was with another customer. William tried to help, but I told him I was waiting for Chris with whom I made the appointment. Big mistake. Anyone can help me apparently. After 15 minutes, William helped me anyway. Very nice, apologetic about wait, very thorough, took photos of car, explained everything about required service and cost. In a few hours, car ready as promised. I received a text that car is ready to be picked up. My wife went to dealer to pick up car. Not ready. Needed to be washed first. Waited another 20 minutes and car was actually ready. Final thoughts: 1. when arriving for service appointment, work with first available service advisor. 2. When you receive text car is ready, call and make sure car is washed and actually ready for pick up. 3. William in service was great. Just like our salesman Brian who never gave up on us, even though it took a year or so to purchase CRV. Next time I’m sure I will rate my experience 5 stars. More
