The service experience was fantastic! My service writer was kind and notified me upon completion. The only ding was my car was not washed as promised but that's really no biggie for me. Nick was amazing , great customer service all around with him ! But the people who drop off your car when you are finished have a really bad attitude , there was a African American gentleman that was very ru him ! We’ve never had a great experience servicing our car there. There’s been at least two separate times where we got charged for a service that wasn’t performed.
