Honesty I am disappointed because I always have a bad experience with Honda. The times I try to give Honda a chance, I always get burned. This time, my car was having difficulties with turning on. The person serving me was nice, but told me my battery was completely fine, and that it would cost $182 just to run a diagnostic. I am glad I told him I would need to think about it, because I went to my wife’s family trusted mechanic, and sure enough, IT WAS THE BATTERY, and charged me just a little more than what the diagnostic cost! it makes me angry to think that Honda could have charged me for almost anything, and I would have to believe it, because it’s Honda. People laugh at me because I always give the dealer a chance. I want to trust Honda , but time after time I just can’t. I am giving 2 stars because the guy helping me was nice enough to give me a free car wash. More
After my car was towed to the dealership, Jason was a very good listener and worked with me after I was put out with the 1 800 number, not the person who answered, but it was a waste of my time. Over the course of the 3 days that my car was there, I was kept informed of the diagnostic results revealing unknown problems (with pictures!) and an estimation of repairs. It was a very ($$$$) expensive visit, but my 17 year old car is running wonderfully again. Thanks to Jason and William, the car and I were well taken care of. More
