I not only bought a new car from this dealer but the warranty every dealership offers at the time of purchase. Long story short, I sold my car and while trying to transfer it to the new owner the Finan warranty every dealership offers at the time of purchase. Long story short, I sold my car and while trying to transfer it to the new owner the Finance department made it so hard to process that the new owner just got tired of them and quit getting it. When I contacted Jason in the Finance department he did not provide me with the right information; first, he claimed this transfer could been done at any dealer when the contract was clear about being done at the original dealer. Second, they asked me to go to a DMV and get a form on a Saturady, when most if not all DMVs in CA are closed. I learned at the DMV and throught another dealer that this is a form every dealer has, we all sign one when purchasing a car. Andy, another Finance employee, also helped Jason giving me this information and if he knew I was being misled he did not say anything. I will never buy another car from this Dealership nor recommend it to anybody. I will tell my family and all my friends about this horrible experience so they can also avoid buying a car from Power Honda of Valencia. More
Everything was pretty pleasant from the moment we walked onto the lot, there was no hard "buzzards" attacking as soon as you walk in, which was nice. Nagy did go and pick up the car from a dealer trade (Lan onto the lot, there was no hard "buzzards" attacking as soon as you walk in, which was nice. Nagy did go and pick up the car from a dealer trade (Lancaster) and he was very helpful in giving us all the information about the CR-V and its functions. The only problem I had was with the service dept. Nagy had to go and retrieve a "velet"key and he said that it was a simple procedure "cutting the key". I went into the dealership around 10:00AM in the morning and I was there for almost 2 hours, I called Nagy and voiced my concern. He came back to the lot and went to see what the problem was, I saw my car pulled into the back and 6 minutes later....here's my car. There was a few service techs wandering the back area on their phone or on the computer looking at ESPN. Nagy was very sorry about the delay, and I told him that it was not his fault and I thanked him, he was great from beginning to end. There was a sales manager that was not very professional, which was helping us. Talking on the phone with someone with "bro" and "dude". The person in finance was great, he made it fast and painless. Nagy, the salesman, was courteous and knowledgeable. he answered the original email quickly with both an intro of himself and the dealership and followed up with the car quote. The experience at the deale answered the original email quickly with both an intro of himself and the dealership and followed up with the car quote. The experience at the dealership was excellent thrughout the buing( leasing) process. More

We were driving a 4 door sedan and needed a larger vehicle to transport our golden retriever so we decided to test drive a few SUV's. Already knowing the reliability of the Honda, we stopped in to te vehicle to transport our golden retriever so we decided to test drive a few SUV's. Already knowing the reliability of the Honda, we stopped in to test drive a new Honda CRV. We asked for Mary Wasif, (as we had purchased a used Honda Civic from her a couple of years ago and we were extremely satisfied with her knowledge and helpfulness). We loved the new CRV, but they didn't have it in the model or color I wanted. They checked the internet and located the only 1 left in California that fit my criteria..they offered to have it driven up..we took them up on their offer, signed all the paperwork and picked up the shiny, new, Tango Red CRV the next morning. We are now a happy 3 Honda family!! More
Emailed socal area dealers(approx. 15 dealers) for quotes to lease a Honda Pilot 06 exl with navigation. Brian was the first to call back. No pressure over the phone, quoted exactly what I wanted, didn't tr to lease a Honda Pilot 06 exl with navigation. Brian was the first to call back. No pressure over the phone, quoted exactly what I wanted, didn't try to change the vehicle, did not discuss add-ons, nothing, just quoted what I wanted.. After a couple days of emailing/phone conversations with all dealers who responded, I called Brain back and asked to have the quote put in writing. No problem, he sent it as I talked to him on the phone. Two days later, I talked to Brian again, this time we discussed concerns I had about his price being so low(he said they were being aggressive) and I wanted to make sure there were no hidden costs. He assured me that the price was written in "stone". Tuesday the 6th of December 05. My wife and I arrived at the dealer and was met by Brian. He informed me Lisa (his partner?)would be taking care of us on the deal. Lisa was a pleasure to deal with. We went for a test drive, talked about the vehicle and came back to finish the deal. Since the prices were all settled before I arrived(drive-off and monthly payments incl. tax), I had an instinct this all seamed way tooo easy! Sure enough, back comes Lisa with a figure, let's say not way over what was etched in "stone", but over what was agreed upon. My wife and I calmly stated we were here to take possession of the vehicle at the stated agreed upon drive-offs and monthly payment. No more and no less! Lisa went back off to the managers. 10 minutes later, she returned stating all was taken care of. They wanted to make us happy. And...Make us happy they did!! What a deal. No one in the Socal market could touch this deal they gave us. Some dealers told me to RUN to the dealership who made me the offer. I'm a firm believer in the power of the internet, get the offer in writing before you enter a dealership, take your time, be willing to walk away, don't lose your cool. My wife and I were extremely happy with the way we were treated by Power of Valencia. Brian and Lisa can have my business any day of the week. As long as the price is etched in "STONE" Ha Ha!! More
Where to begin. LIED about my credit report, LIED about an interest rate, quoted me an interest rate and LIED to charge me another on the paperwork. When I caught them on the interest rate switch the mana an interest rate, quoted me an interest rate and LIED to charge me another on the paperwork. When I caught them on the interest rate switch the manager kicked us out of the dealership. On top of that, they played the classic dealership scams of "good cop bad cop" and then said that we were accusing them of being liars. VERY rude overall. Icing on the cake: they kept my driver's license and I had to go get it the next day. Wanted me to see a salesperson to get it back until I got upset and then just gave it back. More
